Search4You : Who we are ?
Our team consists of seven employees and we work in different industries (Retail, Real Estate/Construction, Luxury, IT, Healthcare, Digital, Banking, Insurance, Industry...).
Our research is conducted either in France or internationally by our multilingual team (English, Russian, Finnish, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Arab).
Aurore
32 years old, she works in recruitment sector since 2005. In 2010, while working at recruitment cabinet she decided to create Search4you.
Aurore Albisetti is one of the researchers who started her career path as a recruitment consultant.

Myrtille
30 years old, graduated from a Master of Human Resources at the University of Rennes. She joined Search4you in 2011 as a Junior Researcher.
Nowadays she does not only manage French and international missions, but she’s also the one who makes the integration process of new employees.

25 years old, Sofia graduated from a master in International Law. She joined Search4you in 2012, its international opening of part its French-Spanish origin, as well as its experiences in various countries allow her to works in numerous searches.

Tanguy
Sup De Co graduated, Tanguy has joined Researcher team in 2012. He works on technical profiles research projects (R*D, ingenieur, architects, project director) in the IT sector.

30 years, graduate of the ESCP, Lily joined Search4you in 2011, several experiences in Ukraine, in Russia and in Finland within recruitment agencies. She intervenes within the framework of international search, in particular in the Northern Europe on the Eastern countries.
